So, I posted this in January before the world went to shit…and I feel entirely compelled to repost it now to remind you all to keep your heads up! I have MANY ups and downs with the state of the world right now…it’s not an easy time for any of us. It feels like the earth is crying. I’ve had to set rules for myself to stay away from all apps, especially anything with the news. Humanity is DIVIDED, and that makes me so sad. BUT…I always remember this VITAL TRUTH: the powers that be (all sides, all power houses, all corporate puppeteers, none of them are innocent) WANT the division, but there is still hope and love and KINDNESS in all of us, and we will be okay as long as we practice this love on a daily basis. If you are surrounded by hateful, vile, toxic people who continue to push the divide further…please don’t give up…walk away from them kindly and come and find the rest of us who are filled with love and support. If you yourself harbor hatred, I will remind you of something I learned a long time ago: take a look at your beliefs and ask yourself, are these really mine? Am I happy because of them? Are they filling my world up with joy? Answer those honestly and your life with shift. I love you all and PLEASE REMEMBER…with every deep and sorrowful valley, a glorious mountain peak soon comes into view. Be well. Be kind. Be safe.
