peashooter85:This is Filipino Judge Florentino Floro Jr. During his career as judge he made several claims that he had supernatural abilities including; clairvoyance, ESP, teleportation, telekinesis, and healing powers. He wore blue robes instead of the traditional black robes, except on Fridays when he would wear an all black outfit to recharge his psychic powers.  He also claimed to be in communication with three duwendes (gnome people) named Luis, Armand and Angel, who he often consulted to help decide cases. He was removed from the bench by the Philippine Supreme Court in 2006 due to mental illness.Currently he is making a bid for Chief Justice of the Philippine Supreme Court. -- source link
