On the subject of tiny turtles…Been meaning to share (and was actually just about to when the tiny-dream-turtle ask popped up first; spooky o.O): this little pipestone carving was my birthday present to myself when I was up in Michigan a couple of months ago. Picked it up at the Museum of Ojibwa Culture in St. Ignace (along with an Ojibwe dictionary because LANGUAGES). If you’re ever heading up to the U.P., odds are you have to pass through St. Ignace anyway, so I suggest stopping and checking the museum out. It’s a swell little place. c: -- source link
