On 31 August, 2019, 38-year-old Movsur Chentiev was at home in Saratov, Russia, with his 26-year-old wife, 2-year-old son and 2-month-old daughter. When his wife went to the store, Movsur grabbed a knife and began to cut off his daughter’s head and then disposed of her tiny body in a bag which he carried to the attic. His wife later returned home, but Movsur said nothing. She asked where their baby daughter was to which he replied that someone had allegedly kidnapped her. The wife called the police immediately and arriving at the scene, officers found the corpse of the 2-month-old baby and a knife nearby. Movsur was detained by officers and charged with the murder of a minor. After his arrest, he explained how he did not want his daughter to be tormented when she grew older as she suffered from a congenital disorder. After Movsur was arrested, he pleaded guilty, saying that he did not regret his deed. The issue of choosing a preventive measure in the form of detention is still being decided. -- source link
