I decided to get myself a Valentine’s Day present this year… so here are my delicious Earl Grey blends from adagio teas, both lovely, complex teas. Freddie’s has Earl Grey, Masala chai, and toasted mate (!) so is very full-bodied and invigorating, with lemon verbena adding a tang, and the bergamot from the Earl Grey providing a surprisingly subtle finish. Bel’s is Earl Grey with lavender, cream, blackberry, and hibiscus. The latter two are tangy, even sharp at first, but it’s nicely balanced by the smooth Earl Grey; the aromatic lavender asserts itself only gradually, but mellows the whole. -- source link
