tearsraven:thegreenwolf:thatoddplace:veterinaryhumor:source: marriedtothesea.comHahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaI think that is EXACTLY how it goes!OMG. So—my first job ever was five years working at a kennel. My second was a year and change at a vet clinic. Sooooo many dogs and cats that figured out all the tricks—the cheese, the peanut butter, the wet food, baby food, boiled chicken livers, etc. And some that even the pill gun wouldn’t work on. Amazing how a three pound cat suddenly gains all the strength of the Incredible Hulk. Incidentally, I was always relieved when the vet’s orders were for something like a liquid antibiotic. Or even IV meds. I’m known to be one of the people who can pill almost any dog/cat at my clinic. lol My poor animals at home never stand a chance. Glad to see this response! This is by far my most popular post, but people often remark that they love liquid meds. As a proficient cat piller, sounds like we should give lessons! Liquid Clavamox and metronidazole are the WORST things I have given to cats, ugh. Pill on, valiant cat lovers! -- source link
