I read a post a while ago asking why people engaged in racebending fairy tales–such as drawing Cinderella black–instead of adapting their own culture’s stories. I thought that was a valid point on some level. Don’t get me wrong, racebending like that is pretty cool sometimes, but there’s other stuff that can be done. -- source link
