Hey, everybody! Meet Sophia, Professional Sorceress and Witch Hunter extraordinaire!Well, maybe less of a professional and more of a high scoring apprentice. As a sorceress wielding counter spells, dispels, binding spells, magic barriers, and weapons designed for fending off magical creatures, facing down the arcane and demonic forces of evil comes naturally to her.On the field of battle, she’s a strong, confident defender against the occult. Rogue wizards, cultists, and even demons have all fallen to her skill in combat. However, her skills in a social environment are less than developed. She’s actually a very shy gal when it comes to anything involving other people, and has difficulty making friends because of how timid she is.I made Sophia a while ago, but only now have I finalized her design. She fills in a couple of gaps that I’ve always wanted to experiment with in character design. I wanted her to have a sort of Van Helsing style of clothing (Bloodeborne helped a lot for references) and I’d never had a character with dark skin, or an afro (besides my own avatar, but I don’t count!). I’d also never tried my hand at drawing a more petite, feminine body type, and she fills in all those gaps while also being a fluffy ball of cotton.I should probably make a reference for her without the cloak, too… -- source link
