february productivity challenge - day 3What’s your nighttime routine like?I’ve been without one for like a year (…or two), but the past month I’ve finally managed to make a thing that works for me, and I can stick to more often than not. So it starts with working out (I try to work out even a little bit daily, but at the very least some stretching). After that & a shower, it’s my absolutely favorite part of the day: the silly little mental health walk (unless it’s too cold or too rainy). I come back home, and am freezing bc winter, so it’s tea and either netflix, reading or doing school things I should’ve done during the day but procrastinated. Skincare. And I try to get myself to sleep somewhere around midnight but fail miserably about 80% of the time. -- source link
