I had a dream about two gods, an oak god of a forest, and a snake god of the weather, meeting up every decade or so just to hang out and have a banquet together.Every time they do, the forest of the Oak God is shrouded by the mist from the Weather God. They have a great time talking about old times and new things that they’ve seen! Both are benevolent of course and they both want to give mortals a chance again despite everything mortals have done. They are patient and loving, it’s not too much trouble for them.Also!Their emissaries!Funny enough the emissaries are both the killers of the gods vessels, one was a sea eagle that brutally killed a snake, and the other was a man that killed his own child.But none of the emissaries remember the life of their bodies, it’s not their lives after all.They can, through the bodies they were given by their gods, sometimes remember a thing or two about the lives of their vessels, but not enough to feel a connection to any creature of those times.Instead now they are just tired of the bosses’ shennanigans with the mortals. -- source link
