Meanwhile, outside, Nemesis is shooting at the zombies left and right. A room with a lone figure on it is noticed, which scares Banica. Allen tries to stop her from leaving, but she runs directly towards the figure and finds it to be Carlos.Carlos becomes overwhelmed by zombies, which causes Banica to run towards him, screaming at the zombies to stop. She runs to his side, and Carlos tells Banica to escape. She cries in response, saying that she won’t leave without him. As the zombies groan, Banica snaps at them to shut up, and they do. Banica tells them to sit and then turn right, realizing that the zombies follow her commands. Then, she commands the zombies to disappear, and they turn to dust.Gallerian observes that Banica’s power is to control zombies, much to the group’s disbelief. Banica muses that she probably figured it out when she was attacked, prompting Riliane to ask if she couldn’t have figured out sooner.
