Happy (belated) Halloween!!I didn’t have a particular existing character in mind, so instead I came up with an original one to go with the dress! It’s meant to be sort of a scarecrow, but made of the dead body of this village girl that was stuffed with straw and sewn back together, as a sacrifice to some sort of dark harvest time spirit. An homage so Children of the Corn and similar stories for sure!This was my first time ever with both sfx makeup and gore! It definitely did not work out perfectly, and I had to figure out and put this together in just a few days, so it’s not as detailed as it could be, but it was SO fun!I danced on top of a bar counter in this, in a sexy dancing competition. I do feel very confident I was their most gory impromptu go-go dancer for that evening. -- source link
