Woman from the city of Annaba dressed in a traditional velvet gandoura with silky vaporous sleeves. she is wearing an odiferous necklace made out of clove and amber with a silver made diadem named Assaba. Behind her, there are typical Algerian embroidered cushions with golden threads that brides from east Algeria take in their trousseaux. it is called “Frash Al Dhab” which literally means golden furniture. the ones shown here are embroidered with a well-known technique used in the city of Annaba named El Fetla. -- source link
