Some kinda concept stuff for Tigris’ luxury apartment complex, kinda like big skyscraper tubes of high-end condos, the whole outer wall is reflective glass, so every unit has an entire wall that’s just a giant floor-to-ceiling windows. The inner rings are front lawns for all the apartments with patios, bbqs, all that, closer to the centre it’s more like a park with trees, paths, ponds, benches, and the like. Four glass elevators run up the centre, and a staircase spirals around the centre atrium to connect the levels. The roof is completely done up like a park and the lowest level has amenities like gym/ pool/ concierge/ restaurant/ bar/ convenience store The inner part is really lush and green with ivy and moss growing up the walls, the under side of each ring has UV lights that brighten and fade through the course of the day to simulate natural sunlight so lower levels get as much light as the upper ones. Each level is about 2.5-3 stories tall. The second story of Tig’s condo is an open loft with a bathroom and a walk-in closet that he uses as his bedroom/office, the lower story has two bedrooms, a smaller bathroom, living room, kitchen/dining room, and a reading nook. there’s a low, cushioned sort of bench that runs along the window-wall the entire length of the apartment, so you could walk along it and sneak behind the bathroom from the living room to the reading room. He lives up around the top floor, so he’s got a nice panoramic view of the city. -- source link
