Im always looking at the latest reseatch and development of treatments for the symptoms of my #chronicillness so when #aimovig came out a few months ago i really wanted to try it. I dont know if i have said this before but i love mtly neurologist. Hes basically a saint. He is so hardworking, flexible, funny, and he cares deeply for his patients. Ever since i started tpn (during that hospital admission) my #migraine has been worse than ever. We talked about it and he suggested a few things and when I mentioned aimovig he said he thought it was a great idea. My insurance can be very slow with prior auths so i didnt get the drug approved yet, @novartis has a program called #aimovigally where they give you your first two injections for free! I got this in the mail today so its only a matter of time before I start the actual drug. Im really excited because while i know that im still really sick and not going to get better, i can treat some of the things that bother me the most. Thats all i can ask for.
