The humidity is too high for him at 80%, and 75% is much too cold, which may be why he refused food for you. Bump the heat to 85°, which should burn off the humidity to a solid 60%ish. As for the shed, I’d dampen a pillow case with warm water, put him inside and tie it, then leave him in it for 30 minutes with supervision. It should work off a lot of that shed!
