In honor of the #IUCN and its ongoing mission to conserve nature, we will be featuring engangered animals every day of the conference here on Instagram. Our first animal is the ‘I'iwi. Also known as the scarlet honeycreeper or scientifically as Drepanis coccinea, it is a highly recognizable symbol of Hawaii.
