CONFETTI CHOCOLATE BARK with pomegranates, orange zest, ground pistachio & pink/purple coconut. For the bark I just melted 6 oz dark chocolate with 1 tbsp of coconut oil and a pinch of salt then poured it on parchment paper, added the toppings and let it set in the freezer for 1 hour.
