self-degrading: Let’s talk writing exercises. This is one of those old school punishments that has been around forever. The basic premise is that you have someone write a sentence or a phrase of whatever they did wrong many times. The most prevalent example I can think of is the intro to the Simpsons where Bart is writing on the blackboard. How does it work? You can do line writing on anything from chalk boards to dry erase boards to pen and paper to word editing software. There’s even a website out there just for this. Then you either write one sentence or phrase a set number of times or you copy a selection of a book, usually something mundane and tedious. In my experience the main goals of line writing exercises are reflection and reinforcement. Reflection comes from focusing on the words that you’re writing or the actions that led to you doing the assignment to begin with. If it’s a punishment, reflect on what you did wrong so you can avoid doing this again in the future. If you’re doing line writing as encouragement, reflect on the message that you’re writing and how it relates to you. Reinforcement comes from writing the message. Writing something down helps your brain remember it, and sometimes putting something into words makes it seem more real, gives it a new dimension. Saying things aloud has the same impact and you can certainly speak as you write to enhance the experience. Why do it?Mostly for punishments, sometimes for self-affirmation and devotion. If you’re writing for punishment, you can tailor it to what you’re being punished for. The simplest way is to write down what you did wrong like “I’m a stupid whore who didn’t complete her daily tasks” or “next time I’ll be a good girl and swallow every drop of cum”. If you want it to be hard, copy an scene of Shakespeare or a newspaper article or recipes from a cookbook, something that doesn’t interest you at all. Do it long enough and it gets mind numbing. If this is a punishment for you, remember the rule of thumb: punish, forgive, and move on.For self-affirmation it works the same way those inspirational mantras do. Write something you’re struggling to get yourself to believe about yourself to help give your brain another reinforcement. I’m sure you can use it in a more vanilla way like convincing yourself to go to the gym, but that’s not really why you’re on my blog. Instead you can use this method to reinforce what a depraved creature you are, like “I’m a good little bimbo” or “I’m a cock-hungry whore” or “I’m a worthless fuck pig, just a set of holes to be used”. What you write depends on how you view yourself or how you want to be viewed by others. As always with this aspect, keep in mind your overall mental health. From a devotional aspect, there’s more of an appeal from a couple’s standpoint. It can be fun for long distance relationships though. The premise is that the sub writes something like “My body and mind belong to Master” or “Master’s word is the only truth” or whatever truthism the dominant presents. It can even be a daily thing. These can even be as simple as having your sub write you good morning or good evening everyday. I’m still stuck on what I should write…If you’re just looking for a bit of fun, you may be stuck on what to write. After all, half the fun sometimes is being told what to write instead of choosing. If you’re looking for inspiration for yourself think about what you’d want someone to say to you or to make you say. Sometimes you can get some inspiration from blogs or captions. Or…WriteForMe.orgOf course, I told you about a site specifically for this. Well here it is: WriteForMe.org. If you’re looking for some things to write, browse around the public tasks. I recommend searching for a specific word or phrase you want to be included and then possibly looking into specific authors.I discovered this from I think a dare forum when I was looking for tasks for myself. I feel like I’ve seen at least one Tumblr put some of these out too, but I can’t for the life of me remember or find them at the moment. I’ll add and reblog if I do see any. I also hold an account there and though I mostly use it for my own fun, I plan on adding some public tasks for you folks as well. I went ahead and made a few samples so you can get of taste of what it’s like:Easy TaskMedium TaskHard TaskHow should a session go?Well, after you decide what you write and how you’re going to write it, you have to decide on either a time limit (see how many lines or how much text you can get through in XX minutes) or a set number of lines/amount of text. Then you sit down and write until you’re done like a good girl. After that you can do what you like with the lines. Toss them, save them, frame them, send them, whatever you like, you think a Master would like, or your Master has dictated to you.Not enough for you? Well then spice it up! There are a lot of ways you can add to your experience here. Speak out loud as you go, kneel or squat (on rocks or rice if you want to really be cruel), do a little self bondage for discomfort or limitation, put a gag in your mouth either to stuff it closed or to encourage drool, put some clothespins on, flick them or slap yourself when you make a mistake, ride a vibrator/use a bullet, shove ice in your pussy until you’re done, do all of the above. For a particularly cruel ending to a physical Final ThoughtsI have had some particularly intense writeforme sessions with my tits tied, gag in my mouth to promote drooling, and a bullet on my clit. And honestly, if they have the sound when you make a mistake it just makes me feel even more pathetic and…. well let’s just say sometimes if you’re in the right mindset the fact that you’ve dug a hole so deep you can’t conceivably finish the task without typing for hours can be more fun than completing one without any errors. Especially if what you’re writing about is about how stupid or worthless you are, it just kind of validates it.I’ve come to the end of my advice about writing tasks for the moments, but when I start doling out more tasks expect to see some of these peppered in. Happy writing! Devotional Training: Right. -- source link
