“Thank you nurse for helping me scrub in, I get very hot and bothered in surgery so I prefer to be naked under my gown” - “Right then Mr Smith, let’s get this penis of yours all fixed up then shall we? I’m not sure if the nurse has told you what we’re doing today, but first I’ll need to ‘de-glove’ your penis. It’s only possible to do this while you’re fully erect, so I’ll begin by injecting your penis a number of times to enduce a full erection. I can then begin the de-gloving procedure; I’ll do this by cutting the frenulum, rolling back the foreskin and trimming around the base of the foreskin to release it from the penis, then I’ll roll the foreskin all the way to the base, exposing the shaft ‘de-gloved’. I’ll then make an incision all the way down both sides of the penis shaft which will allow me access to the tissue surrounding the urethra and I’ll be able to carry out the tissue reduction procedure. While I’m in there, I’ll move some of the tissue to the bottom of the urethra, which will increase sensation during intercourse and more so during manual release. Then I’ll finish the surgical procedure by closing up the penis, rolling up the foreskin and reattaching it via the frenulum to the penis head. The procedure will take around 7 hours, and once complete you will need to stay erect for 6 to 8 weeks, your penis cannot become flacid as it will affect the wounds. So you’re going to stay with us for a while so we can administer regular erection injections. I will numb your penis, but you won’t be asleep.. you may feel some discomfort and some tugging when I retract the foreskin, but it shouldn’t hurt too much. You will mostly feel a throbbing sensation from the surgically induced erection. Okay, just relax take a big deep breath and I’ll begin with the first injection, good boy.” -- source link
