Another skull with interesting forensic markings.The proclivity for metal to embed itself into teeth is one of those little known but real things that you seldom see portrayed in mediaIt’s really common to see animal characters that have escaped a cage or being chained, or a trap of some kind and those characters are typically depicted with scars. In reality they would also have something like this.I wish this was better know and maybe used in storytelling more.Not only was it caught in the trap, but the trap itself was also really rusty. That’s a great storytelling element. What kind of person uses a poorly maintained the trap like that? Maybe forgotten and the left out in the field for multiple seasons. What kind of place has rusty cages, or chains. etc (Like…Imagine werewolf characters with bits of silver embedded into the tooth enamel that cause a long-term burning sensation or mouth bleeding.
