miniearthling: I’m feeling remotivated to continue down the path of recovery after an uplifting appointment with my psychologist yesterday she actually said it sounds like I’m almost completely recovered, which was so nice to hear coming from her! I’ve just got to get through this temporary tough patch and I know I need regular meals to ensure that my brain can function properly - so today’s lunch was a delicious plate of crispy tofu, steamed asparagus, mushroom & broccoli all covered in a sweet chilli yoghurt sauce -- source link
