The diet industry is great on saying you have to eat chicken, rice and broccoli and cut all your carbs out, get rid of anything that’s not green and workout 1-2 hours a day to lose weight and hit your goals. I’m here to tell you that is WRONG. And boring and not even close to a successful future. It’s not sustainable. You’re going to get bored. Miss foods. Crave sugars. Feel depleted. Drop in energy. Hate your meals and workouts & ultimately go back to your ways gaining even more weight.
