She THOUGHT She Was Buying A #Coffee, Instead The Employee #Robbed Her!! ———————————- After a #woman noticed some discrepancies in her #bank account, she remembered a gut feeling she had after giving her card to a #Starbucks employee. So, the #customer decided to take matters into her own hands and go confront the women she believe stole her #creditcardinformation. The entire conversation was recorded in video and posted by #TrueFeed to #Facebook, where it has been viewed over 6 million times. She pulled up to the drive through, ordered her drink, and then called the employee a fraud and the employee replies, “What’s wrong?” “So we got you on camera yesterday at #Ralphs for 200 dollars,” the women said to the Starbucks employee, whose face quickly turned from upbeat to surprised. The women said in the video that the employee took a copy of her credit card on Jan. 1 while she was paying for a drink at the popular #coffee chain. According to the customer in the #video, the employee reportedly made a copy of the card while she told the customer she was going to get receipt paper. After being asked multiple times if she was sorry, the employee responded to the #women and confessed to the crime. “I’m sorry that I took money from you and your kids, I’m sorry that you had to come up here, I’m sorry that this is inconvenient for you.” The employee then added that she is 19 years old and “a good #child.” The women then asked, “How would you even make a copy of my card… you went back there for a minute?” The girl responded, “I didn’t make the copy, I took the numbers.” While saying this in the video, she made a gesture with her hands suggesting she wrote the numbers down. “You come to Starbucks to get coffee, not to get robbed!” The customer said. Facebook commenters are split betweens if the customer should continue to press charges or if the public shaming was enough (or even too much). -- source link
