La Femme Hotel [CC FREE] [3 lot types]Bonjour tout le monde ! To make a contrast to my previous entry, I’m coming up with something much more elegant. It’s another one of my tenement series. This one consists of a hotel, café, boutique, restaurant and a spa (with a changing room, jacuzzi, sauna, and a massage table).I’m giving you three lot types to download, choose whichever suits you best: a hotel, a community lot, or an apartment lot.The building has 4 floors and 8 rooms (aka flats, if you use apartment lot type). The restaurant and the spa are located on the top floor, while the café and the boutique are on the ground floor. On the roof you will find La Femme statue protecting the hotel’s guests.The hotel lot type will work properly even if placed outside the Bon Voyage subhood. What’s the point of renting a hotel room if you have your own house in the main hood, you may ask? You can rent it for you and your partner if you don’t live together, or get the taste of a high life for a while. Have fun!Bear in mind that due to technical limitations implemented by Maxis, some features might not be available in a vanilla game:If you run a hotel lot type, you will not be able to buy new clothes from a display rack; the only available interaction will be to try them on. [check out this mod to solve this problem]If you run a community lot type, the hotel mechanism will not be working at all and you will not be able to rent a room.If you run an apartment lot type, the hotel rooms will be converted to apartments. Hotel mechanism will be gone but the interior will stay the same (with doors changed and no hotel desk) – you can redecorate your flat (e.g. add a fridge) however you like as soon as you move in. The restaurant will work as it should, but there will be no random guests appearing. No shopping available, though.
