In 1950, Wilhelmina Tuft was publicly poisoned, and her son Ignatius usurped her position as the Minister of Magic. The months that followed were filled with chaos, fear, and uncertainty. Minister Tuft implemented laws that worked against the good of the people; St. Mungo’s was home to the first Inferi sighting and attack; the village of Hogsmeade was overrun with werewolves during the fall festival; and the year ended with a horrific and brutal massacre in the Ministry Atrium on Christmas… And then things got worse.
