Mind chatter disengages us from our Higher Souls. Mind chatter is filled with ego and shadow consciousness; it is not based on truth. It is full of illusions and distortions creating doubt, fear, confusion, judgment, strong opinions, blame, criticism and separation consciousness.  Mind chatter is relentless and loud - repeating the same things over and over again creating very strong “thought forms” that attach themselves to our energy fields. Our repetitive thoughts, combined with strong emotions, can become destructive forces if we don’t take dominion over them when they arise. Guidance from our Higher Souls is always gentle, loving, supportive, subtle and “quite” with their messages. Our Higher Souls are not aggressive and will never tell us anything is wrong because our higher consciousness knows that everything is a lesson for our physical beings to evolve from. Our Higher Souls will lovingly offer us suggestions as to how to approach a situation, but they will never tell us what to do.  Our Higher Souls are the observers of our life experience. They are creative and resourceful and will always respond to our requests for loving guidance; however, if we are expecting for them to give us all the answers to our problems and soul lessons, we will be disappointed. Our Higher Souls will not take our power away, and the freedom to choose, because they know regardless of what decisions we make we will eventually arrive at our perfect destination regardless of how long it may take us.  As souls in physical incarnation - we are here to evolve through the free will CHOICES we make. When we strengthen our relationships with our higher souls, by spending time with them in meditation, and we ask for loving guidance they will guide us providing us creative solutions and ideas. Sometimes we will receive guidance as a feeling, a thought, a deep knowingness, an image we see in our minds eye, synchronistic events in our lives and also through messengers such as family and friends.  Guidance from our higher souls is always loving, soft, gentle, inspiring and expansive. When our thoughts over take us and become negative, aggressive, belittling and controlling we can recognize this as our ego and shadow consciousness.
