A part of Sorghum (panicle) immersed into a metallic bowel of water together with other plant parts. “We wash the herbs to be able to clean them so as to eliminate the unwanted dust they capture while they grow through the natural environment and also because they are going to be cooked.” says Wasswa Denis.
