Today is this first day of #Kwanzaa I am honored to produce and host a Kwanzaa program today focused on healing at the African American Research Library and Cultural Center entitled, Towards Love: Healing our Community Through Self-Care. This Kwanzaa I am also one of the co-hosts of Kwanzaa Yoga Challenge®️, created by @blackmindsinmeditation . Today we focus our intention on striving for and maintaining unity in the family & community. @maya.breuer is our host for today and she asked us to reflect on What does it look like for you? Today was just that. People coming together to heal, love, and build community. Today’s event would not be possible without collaboration and unity.
