Not many people know that I have an older brother. That’s probably because these days he’s really more of a pet pig for dad and me. He dropped out of college after freshman year, but not before taking full advantage of the all you can eat meal plan. When he showed up at our front door 50 pounds heavier with some excuse about college being too difficult, dad said that if his life’s goal was to be a dumb, lazy pig then that’s just what he’ll be.My brother and I used to share a room, but dad didn’t think he’d feel like he’s being punished if he got his room back so he moved my brother into the basement. He gave him a mattress to sleep on, and a TV so he could play video games (my dad isn’t completely heartless). The real punishment however was the pig trough dad installed. He was serious about treating my bro like a lazy hog, and insisted that all his meals be fed to him that way. The first day he refused, but we all knew that eventually his hunger would betray him.Soon, his punishment became a lifestyle. My brother has become the fat pig that dad knew he was deep down. His sole focus is eating to fill his belly, and I’m not surprised anymore when I walk downstairs and find him waiting on all fours by his pig trough, waiting impatiently for his next meal. -- source link
