BORN TO THE SEA: FINAL WRITING UPDATEHi there. It’s been a while and you might not remember me, my WIP Born to the Sea or how you’ve even ended up on my taglist. I haven’t posted for ages and I’m sorry for disappearing all of a sudden. But this is it: My final Born to the Sea writing update. After three years of writing and over ten drafts, there is nothing to be edited anymore. At least not on my part. The book is finished and I have signed with a literary agent.I’m forever grateful for the supportive community I have found here. Camp NaNo 2019 is still one of my fondest writing memories. It was the first time I ever posted a last line, and ever since your support and curiosity kept me going, even when writing was hard. But Born to the Sea had to be written. I never once doubted that and through the years, the story revealed its true essence. I can’t express how much it means to me and I think it is safe to say that it’ll be forever in heart.What a strange feeling it is to look at my old posts. Nostalgic and bittersweet. Sometimes I miss those times. I wouldn’t change a single thing and still get all the feels when I scroll through my old edits. But there is a time and a place for everything and times change.With my agent at my side, Born to the Sea might actually get published - but only time can tell.I owed you this update.
