Water mint (Mentha aquatica). I was amazed when I first found out that this thing was mint! It’s not much to look at, but when you crush the leaves between your fingers, it smells so wonderful and fresh! Stronger than a packet of menthos! It also makes a lovely tea when combined with meadowsweet. -- source link
