Design isn’t a result, it’s a process. Not all processes are meant to result at all, or worse, result in just one cataclysmic moment. Some processes keep going, evolving, teaching us that it is never about the climax… it’s about something far more important. It’s about the synthesis of idea, flesh, meaning, subconscious, static and velocity all crashing and melding at once to form a physical experience that the thinkers eye beholds. I love design that doesn’t tell me or force it’s world view or assume anything from me, but approaches me with modesty and willingness to learn. I owe that object the same.
