While it may not be easy to make changes and is certainly scary, you have to ask yourself, “does the change outweigh X ( the routine/safety/what I know), that might be unhealthy for me?” . I know we’re all in different circumstances, but there’s always someone out there willing to lend a hand. . I can’t help but think of the series, @maidnetfilx. I was her.
