Some real talk following: I had a very mentally challenging day with a lot of doubts, fears and worries coming up. In situations like this or when I’m overwhelmed with situations I sometimes end up using food as an outlet to deal with problems, and that’s exactly what happened again today. I kind of ate the whole kitchen and now I feel even worse then before . I never talked about it on here before and I don’t want to go into to much detail right now, but what I’m talking about is a binge eating attack. I’ve been dealing with them for a very long time and if you are interested I can talk more about it in the future. I think it’s an issue that a lot of people suffer from but keep it secret because they are ashamed. Are you interested in this topic?
