Rather Be Dead” shirt design for Necrot. This one proofed to be quite the challenge, mainly because of the subject matter. Coming up with an original take on a reaper figure is tough. So I turned the reaper into a sower, initially portraying him as a hunchbacked, falling apart, heavily leaning on his scythe figure. The band requested a more triumphant stance, so I adjusted it to their taste. To emphasize the theme & to solve the composition puzzle, I placed the scene into a tombstone shaped form & have the reaper’s hand literally crossing the other- (outer-)side. Necrot will have this available on their upcoming tour. -- source link
