Adventure is better left between the pages of a book, according to this young bookwyrm, preferrably with a hot cup of tea and a few shortbread biscuits. But not in the library. No food or drink in the library, no exceptions. Caring after fledgling birds and the occasional lark with his childhood friend, Chezza, were the most excitement he typically had to look forward to. That is, until the day he woke up smelling like a confectioner’s workshop. The sudden mystical makeover not only gave his feathered friends a new (and painful) appreciation for his fragrant cranial protrusions, it gave Ms. Appleton an excuse to draw him into her investigations; his penchant for fiction has made him a surprisingly effective resource.He’s often seen accompanying his childhood friend, [Chezza Appleton], and the cryptic sentient plush toy, Frogg.Design Notes:Stands head and shoulders above Chezza.Feel free to play with how candy-like vs. scaly flesh n’ blood dragon he is.His spikes resemble almonds rather convincingly. They probably don’t taste like almonds, though.Birds and various rodents (of the petpet variety) often try to nip at his spikes until they realize he is not as delicious as he smells.Occasionally breathes fire when he loses his temper; it’s rather colorful and leaves a noticeable sweet smell.
