motiveweight:Email SubmissionOn February 4 2015 I weighed 215lbs and as of April 1st 2015 I weigh 200lbs. I lost 15lbs so far on weight watchers and by working out a few times a week. So happy with my progress and looking forward to losing more weight and getting in better shape!I love this. People being brave enough to post before and after, and I love seeing how much difference 15 pounds can make (even if it is different for my body). This inspires me. -- source link
