I start and end every day with protein oatmeal I wake up with oatmeal and whey protein, which is faster digesting and good for breaking that fast. Then at night, I have this deliciousness which is basically dessert I add a scoop of chocolate Optimum Nutrition casein protein and a tablespoon of Crazy Richard’s 100% peanuts peanut butter to my oats and I’m in taste bud heaven. Casein is great before bed because it’s slower digesting and helps prevent the breakdown of lean muscle mass overnight, which is important when you’re dieting! As for the peanut butter, I’m definitely a connoisseur, but on prep I like to keep it simple.
