Romantic and rococco yet haunting and mythological “Toru KAMEI was born in 1976. He seems to want to express the transience of beauty and life. Common symbols in common with Vanitas, include skulls, which are a reminder of the certainty of death, and flowers which symbolize the transience of beauty. Made eerily strange by the hidden eyes.
