uplifttogether: On April 23, at 1 pm ET, to recognize Sexual Assault Awareness Month, Uplift will host our first annual live event: Uplift Out Loud. What is Uplift Out Loud? It’s a day of empowerment and solidarity, where the members of the community can stand united in our shared passion to stop sexual violence. Advocates, speakers and performers from all walks of life will lend their unique voices to this event. Much like our established projects, this event will be integral in sustaining the conversation surrounding sexual violence in online communities. And we need your help. If you are a sexual assault survivor and are comfortable speaking about your experience we invite you to join us to share your story as we host an online vigil and a unifying rally.
