Dinner for tonight…Rice noodles, chicken, tons of steamed veggies, spaghetti sauce (with a little bean soup mixed in) and a bunch of spices :) Unfortunately it was supposed to be spaghetti squash tonight, but apparently I left it in the cupboard too long and the seeds started sprouting.
