The link will be added to this post nearer the time.Due to the short notice, it won’t be the grand affair I’d like it to be, but we’ll do our best. The stream will mostly be pre-written eulogies and memories but we hope to have a moment where we can include some stories from the comments.I will update this post with information on making charitable donations in Jay’s name, for anyone who would like to, but we’re still whittling down the list at the moment.
