Got to spend the weekend judging for the Fittest in Oklahoma Crossfit competition. Crazy how many athletes there are of every age group in oklahoma! It was a eye opening experience to what a crossfit competition looks like in person and even more so what the athletes have to go through in a 3 day span! I will never complain again about being sore or tired after doing 1 wod!
