earlhamclassics: A Photographic Exhibition at Boston University, November 11, 2015-January 8, 2016 Society for Classical Studies member Michele Ronnick of Wayne State University has curated this exhibition of fourteen photographic reproductions of African-American Classical Scholars and Educators from the 19th and early 20th centuries. Among those on display are several early members of the Society including William Sanders Scarborough (pictured). This 44th installation of the exhibit will be on display at the Rubin-Frankel Gallery, Florence and Chafetz House, at Boston University, 213 Bay State Road, Boston, MA 02215 from November 11, 2015, to January 8, 2016. An opening reception will take place on Wednesday November 11, 2015, from 6-8pm, and Prof. Ronnick will give a lecture entitled “Black Classicism In the Bay State” on Thursday November 12, 2016, at 4pm in Room 102 of Sargeant College (635 Commonwealth.
