Breakfast Beauty Bowl Ingredients: • ¼ cup of organic frozen blueberries • ¾ cup of oat milk • 1 handful of kale • ¼ avocado • 1 tbsp of psyllium husks • 1 tsp of manuka honey • ½ tsp of ground cinnamon • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (optional) Blend all ingredients until smooth and top with pepitas, goji berries, almonds chopped lengthways, desiccated coconut and @loving_earth caramelised buckinis. Blueberries are full of fibre & antioxidants which help clear skin and regulate insulin production. Pepitas are high in vitamin E, zinc & essential fatty acids. Almonds (and other nuts, especially Brazil nuts) are high in selenium which helps actively increase the number of infection fighting white blood cells. Oat milk is also high in vitamin E and folic acid which helps support healthy skin. Kale is rich in vitamins A, B and complex C, E and K!
