thegoddamazon: nonplussedbyreligion: Libraries are really that important. ~ Kim I’m seeing the effects in my local libraries too. Less books, cutting hours, opening late, closing early. Understaffed, overworked. It’s really saddening, because the library is a safe haven to me. It’s a place where I could learn in peace without any fear, and I always found what I wanted or needed. I really hope they rethink this decision to cut funding for libraries and education. -- source link
