Haven’t really lost much in the last week or so (only half a pound) as I took a break from working out for a couple of weeks to recover from an awful sinus/double ear infection that was also trying to turn into bronchitis. But, I’ve been trying to eat healthy and work on my mental health as much as I can. I have some new meds that I’m hopeful will help the depression/anxiety and some new mental exercises from my therapist. This morning, I went to put on what had always been my “skinny day” jeans as they had previously been a bit on the tight side so I barely wore them and was flabbergasted at how loose they are now around my waist, hips, and thighs. I actually have extra material I can pinch! Put on this shirt that I bought over a year ago and never wore because it was tighter than I liked and it fits me now! Trying to enjoy the non-scale victories as much as the dropping numbers on the scale.
