vintagegeekculture: For the 25th Anniversary of Marvel Comics, Marvel debuted a line, the New Universe, that was more rooted in the science fiction and plausibility of the early Marvel Universe, as opposed to the costumes, code names, and theatricality, very much like early, scifi-based Fantastic Four, where they didn’t wear costumes the first couple of issues. Star Brand and Fabian Niceza’s Psi Force (a psychic Breakfast Club, which he made a few years before his work on New Warriors) are well remembered, but most of the line is not. I have a lot of first editions of these. Been a while since I looked at them. -- source link
