More and yet more Book of Days! Here’s the start of September!1- I was talking with friends at work and reminiscing over stuff we used to eat when we were younger and hey, hey lil Zee, c’mere, please explain why you kept eating AirHeads 2- Sometimes a sign of adulthood is realizing that you don’t need to keep complaining that your umbrella is too small, you can just buy the big umbrella. It’s not silly, in fact, to have more than one umbrella. Also I know this is the millleonth “and then i bought books” daily but in my defense this time I was buying books as a gift! ….aaand still got one for me….. 3- Now that I know how to bake cookies, I made a recipe that claimed to yield 24….. this was a lie!! Though because I immediately started frantically giving them away, all 36 cookies were gone by Monday :’D 4- Went to a friend’s baby shower, and met her little niece, too! She became entranced by the pins on my purse, haha. 5- Going to a baby shower seemed to infuse me with domestic energy, the next day i went and got a nice practical butterdish. 6- Sometimes I feel like my little habits are boring, but I also feel like there’s nothing wrong with having some comfort zones. 7- Lots of rough news out in the world… 8- Sometimes half of me is agonizing “but I need to get this chore done by THIS arbitrary deadline!!“ and the other half of me has to quiet the stress by saying “sez who?“ 9- …of course, it does have to get done eventually. 10- etsy art paper section my beloved -- source link
